📦 The item must be packaged and wrapped as it was received, clearly free from any damage not caused by us (e.g., scratches, stains, or wear).

❌ If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, NovaBooster reserves the right to refuse the refund.

⏳ The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

🚚 Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment using their local courier services.
